FACT: Evil Ira is actually a Dextera.He was with Wasabi and Vini Vidi.Or hes sometimes evil sometimes good?

To your first question, I'm not sure what to answer with there. Can you be a little more descriptive?

To your second question, he switched to the Sinistras in the near ending of season one, I think.

And, his mask isn't crappy, it's just not good
